Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
No, we currently do not offer cash on delivery (COD). However, we provide secure online payment options such as UPI, credit / debit cards and net banking, for your convenience.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days,
Express delivery (if available) takes 2-3 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.
What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on orders above 1000. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee – 200 will be added at checkout.
What happens if my order is delayed?
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, we will notify you and provide an updated timeline.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use it to track your package in real-time.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
What is your return policy?

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?
Sarees are standard-sized items, so exchanges for size are not applicable. However, if you wish to exchange for a different color or style, please contact us, and we will assist you based on availability.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order processing would have begun.
Saree Care and Maintenance
How do I wash and care for my saree?
For silk, chiffon, georgette, or other delicate fabrics, we recommend dry cleaning. Cotton and synthetic sarees can often be hand-washed with mild detergent. Always check the product details for specific care instructions
Can I iron my saree at home?
Yes, but use a low heat setting for delicate fabrics and avoid direct heat on silk or embroidered areas. Using a pressing cloth is recommended.
How often should I dry clean my sarees?
For silk and delicate sarees, dry cleaning after every 2-3 uses is recommended. Avoid frequent washing to preserve their shine and texture.

Are the colors of sarees exactly as shown in the pictures?
We try to display the true colors of our sarees; however, slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Do you offer customization services (e.g., blouse stitching)?
Yes, we offer blouse stitching and saree fall and pico services. You can select these options at checkout or contact us for assistance.
What does the saree set include?
Each saree includes a matching unstitched blouse piece unless mentioned otherwise in the product description.

Bhishi Program
What is the Saree Bhishi plan?
The Saree Bhishi plan is a simple and collaborative savings initiative designed for women to enjoy the joy of owning beautiful sarees.
In this plan, 18 members contribute ₹200 each month for 12 months. Every month, a lucky draw is conducted, and one member wins a saree worth ₹2400.
Once a member wins, they no longer need to contribute for the remaining months. By the end of the cycle, all members will receive a saree, ensuring that everyone benefits.
For the final six members who haven’t won, a premium saree worth ₹2600 is provided in the 13th month.
It’s a fun and guaranteed way to own a special saree while fostering a sense of community!
Do I still need to pay after winning a draw?
No, winners are exempt from further payments.
What happens if I want to leave the Bhishi early?
Early withdrawals are not permitted.
Leaving the Saree Bhishi early means missing out on the guaranteed benefits, including your saree worth ₹2400 or ₹2600.
How much do I need to contribute?
₹200 per month for 12 months, but if you win, you stop paying from the following month
Can I use the Bhishi amount to purchase items other than sarees?
The Bhishi is specially designed for sarees, allowing you to choose from our exclusive collection of 50+ varieties. Other items like bedsheets, blankets, or dress materials are not part of this plan.
When should I make the payment?
Payments are due on or before the 10th of each month. To stay stress-free, it’s best to make your payment at the start of the month.
Where can I pay?
You can use UPI for a seamless transaction, or alternatively, make the payment in cash.
How are winners selected?
Through a fair monthly lucky draw.
What if my name is not picked in any draw?
You’ll receive a saree worth ₹2600 in the 13th month.
Can I join the Bhishi mid-way?
No, all members must join at the start of the cycle.
Are refunds available?
No refunds are offered for the Bhishi plan.
Is there a limit to how many Bhishis I can join?
No, you can join multiple Bhishis as long as they are available.
